Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Roseville, CA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Eureka Dental Group does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

  We offer a courtesy adjustment for payment in full when you receive treatment. We are proud to offer you the opportunity to save money on your dental treatment. At no charge, we will gladly process any insurance claim for you. We accept all major credit cards.
• Estimated co-payment at visit with cash, check, or credit card with most insurance plans following benefit verification.
  Please be aware that we cannot guarantee this estimate and that there may be a balance after insurance pays.
• We have our own in-house dental plan.
  We can provide you with our own discounted dental plan at a very great rate. Applications are available online, and you can start the process by clicking here.
